Sorry if I am inflicting this on you for the second time, but it has not 
come in on my email and I fear it is lost in cyberspace. We are asking 
for some help on the date of QLis30.

We think we have found the hall we would like to use for QLis30. It is a
church hall with a WiFi facility. These means the event would be on a
Saturday.

The hall is near the airport and there is a Marriott Hotel in the same
street. We shall be doing research on other hotels, and once things are
more definite I'll host a dedicated event page on my website giving all
the details.

Before booking we would like to sound out opinion.  The event will be
held in the Autumn, but are there any weekends you would prefer or think
we should avoid?
