From my point of view, I know of no particular weekend that is not possible
for me, although I expect that early autumn might be preferable for me. At
this stage, I don't know if Rich is still hoping to go ahead with the event
he proposed earlier.
Obviously the later in the year, the more the risk of weather disruption.

We think we have found the hall we would like to use for QLis30. It is a
church hall with a WiFi facility. These means the event would be on a
Saturday.
The hall is near the airport and there is a Marriott Hotel in the same
street. We shall be doing research on other hotels, and once things are
more definite I'll host a dedicated event page on my website giving all
the details.
Before booking we would like to sound out opinion. The event will be
held in the Autumn, but are there any weekends you would prefer or think
we should avoid?
