Update from my side: Flights (easyjet from Basel), Car and Hotel are booked now. Arriving on Wednesday with my family, the trip will have 3 major topics Scotland, Edinburgh and the QLis30 workshop.
I prefer a QLers dinner on Friday. Other family members should be allowed/welcomed ;-), but I think my folks will enjoy this evening on their own (let Daddy talk on his QL things) ;-). @Geoff: When running the QLis25 show in 2009 I had great success using Doddle to manage attendance for both the show and dinner, including preferences.
