has been updated to correct a few minor formatting problems with the introductory chapters and the appendices, well, some of them.
I've also added in the descriptions of all the routines to be found in the truly wonderful DJToolkit (version 1.16) which Dilwyn probably thinks is the best QL toolkit of all time. ;-)
