Thanks Tarquin. Now I've seen the 'sonow' name I remember when you
sent it to me some time ago. I'll keep a printout this time!

Have set up the computer with MSNFreeweb for now, it will do for a
while. The setup was SO easy I couldn't believe it - ran the
downloaded setup.exe file and 20 second slater it was configured and
on the BT Internet home page, it was so fast and trouble free I
couldn't believe it (says he, ever the pessimist when it comes to
PCs!)

Unfortunately, I tried the same thing with another "free" ISP and
instead of saving the downloaded file I accidentally ran the setup
file and bang went my Tesco.net connection for a couple of days until
I sorted it out and restored the settings tonight (that'll teach me!)

(of course what I was trying to do was download the setup files onto a
floppy disk on my PC then move the disk to setup the other PC, silly
me!)
