Thank you, Jose Luis!!!!!!  you just sorted a whole lot of my problems!!!!!

Please keep this information open for all (someone suggested sending 
answers in French to Marie-Noelle) I have no problem dealing with 
french, but if the answers become privatre I cannot follow the thread.....
