I would miss WMS support. In Germany, most states offer high resolution photo maps via WMS (Landesvermessungsämter). The resolution is only a few times better than e.g. Google Maps, but when planning hiking tours, it makes a difference. > * 3D: Everyone wants it, hardly no one uses it. Oh, I use it a lot in combination with satellite maps to get an idea of how an area "really" looks like for better orientation when I'm there. In qlandkarte, the usability suffered a bit from the very limited area that was covered. If the 3D map would be able to display larger areas, it would IMHO be a useful feature.
