Whats written into "Title" field is not a title but a file name.

I'll start my text with a human readable Title.

I think the biggest problem of misusing the file name as a title (as
provoked by the bitbucket wiki design) comes when links are broken
because of changing titles.

I'd propose this rule: never change the title
