After digging through OpenLDAP's 1.2.11 source it is at least for this
version an documentation bug. OpenLDAP 1.2.11 does call slap_set_shutdown
for SIGUSR2, SIGKILL, SIGTERM and SIGHUP. No differences between SIGINT and
SIGTERM.
