Problem with CPU usage

Hi,

i've an qmail-ldap with openldap 1.2.11 and only 45.000 users, but my
server is saturated.
The slapd process use about 100% Cpu in my system (PIII Dual 733 with
1GB RAM) and i don't have any clue.

Please any suggestion well will be received
