It seems that your Control patch breaks the qmail-todo / qmail-send interaction. Have you tried a version without -DEXTERNAL_TODO defined? Also have a look at ps, are 2 qmail-todo running? It could also be that a old/not correctly patched qmail-send is run with a qmail-todo. Can you send a listing (ls -l) of your queue (queue/mess and queue/todo subdirectories 0-5) also include a qmail-qread/qmail-qstat output. It seems that there is e.g. a todo/21/21 but no mess/21/21 -- :wq Claudio
