I just want to the the time to say that I haven't "ported" my QmailLDAP/Controls
patch to this new file, 'qmail-todo.c'. I'm currently working on it.
It does work without this define, so until it's fixed, please don't
use/compile with qmail-todo...

Sorry, to late. I already compiled without EXTERNAL_TODO which works. :)
I just tried without the big todo patch, and with EXTERNAL_TODO. That
worked to. So it's in the big todo patch. I'll see if I should teach
qmail-todo about the big todo stuff...
