 That's all OK.

Our mail server provides SMTP service and POP3 service, so if SMTP
connection is available, IP connectivity is OK.

And a user who has problem with retrieving e-mail saw "Authorizatoin
Failed" message, so the user can connect POP3 server.

We have replaced our mail server on last noon. A user say that he
cannot retrieve his e-mails after that and have not changed his mailer
configuration. So his password setting is probably OK.

# Also we have checked LDAP entry setting.

Sorry I forgot to write some things in my previous mail:

 1. Some users cannot retrieve e-mail with Outlook Express on Mac/Win.
 2. But most users who use Outlook Express on Mac/Win can retrive e-mail.
 3. Any other users have no problem.

So, I cannot understand what is happening on user's environment.

I think so, too. Umm... I will carefully listen a user's claim again.

Thanks.
