Sorry that I told wrong things.

 One user has still problem, but others are cleared.

 Some users can access and read their mails after re-creation of POP3
account, and the others can after re-setting their password at our mail
server.

 And I think the last user can also read his mails after re-creation of
POP3 account, but he cannot read mail and has been absent for long time,
so we cannot say so to him :(.
