Check if the qmail-start script has the same aliasemty (defaultdelivery)
as qmail-pop3d.
e.g.
qmail-start ./Maildir/
and
... qmail-popup ${HOST} auth_pop qmail-pop3d ./Maildir/
Replace ./Maildir/ with whatever you like.
