Sorry I can login: pop3 had restart problems

I get now:

-ERR user record incorrect

Does this mean that my ldap entry of the user is incorrect?

I have now setup qmail with auth_pop

Same problem with delivering mail

Extra problem with loging on (I have set tcp for pop3 to :allow):

lnx3:/var/qmail/service/pop3d # telnet localhost 110
Trying ::1...
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.
Escape character is '^]'.
Connection closed by foreign host.

At leased in the old situation I could logon and got afterwards the
error that that user had no mailbox Regards,

didier

there is one mistake ( one i see at least :-)
you can't use /bin/checkpassword with qmail-ldap-qmail-pop3d use
auth_pop instead. about this scrip is ither you have no varibles set or
they set somethere alse.
