Yeah - absolutely. Simply only set QMAILQUEUE for non-local IP addresses - probably the Internet: e.g 127.0.0.1:allow,RELAYCLIENT="" 10.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="" :allow,QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl" [assuming you're internal network is 10. of course] That means 127.0.0.1 and 10.* are allowed to relay - but don't run Qmail-Scanner, and everything else can't relay - and runs through Qmail-Scanner.
