look at your mailstats.csv file
spam status (policy, perlscan, av, etc) can be found there for
reporting.

I don't have a mailstats.csv file. And for qmail-scanner-statistics it
would be great to have only one file to read instead of a number of
files.

I agree that one file is preferred. All I'm saying is that -option- exists: --log-details [yes|syslog|no] Whether or not to log to mailstats.csv

Keep in mind this file will grow unbounded so you'll need to rotate/archive/delete as needed (or use already rotated syslog)
