A quick read of the QSBMF doc says that you could add additional human-readable text to the introductory paragraph. QSBMF defines a paragraph as a series of non-blank lines followed by a single blank line. So you could do something like: Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mx1.drenik.net. I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out. - Bonjour.
