No, that's coincidence.

First, entries in locals are domains, so things like "mail" and
"babel" are useless. Second, locals doesn't support wilcarding, so
".sintesoft.net" is useless.

>sintesoft.com:sintesoft.com
>sintesoft.net:sintesoft.net

sintesoft.net is in locals, and qmail-send looks there first, so
sintesoft is local, not virtual.
