Sorry, it seems that my first message was not as clear as I thought it
was.  Let me try again.

The above is the text format, I then ran this command:

> tcprules /etc/tcp.smtp.cdb /etc/tcp.smtp.tmp < /etc/tcp.smtp

To make the binary.

The error I am getting is the infamous "sorry, that domain isn't in my
list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)"

> And make it world readable by:

The file is chmoded 644.

The maillog is showing no errors.

Any thoughts?
