Why do you say that Qmailadmin is trying to use vpasswd files?
Can you log in as postmaster for any domains?
Did you originally run as CDB, and then use vconvert to convert to MySQL?
Do you still have vpasswd files for any of your domains? Can you confirm that those users are in the MySQL database?
