no; you may not distribute "a" binary image, you must distribute exactly "the" binary image provided by DJB (which is a tarball of / var/qmail, whereas QmailToaster uses RPMs). the version of qmail in QmailToaster includes a number of patches that differentiate it from stock qmail. same with ezmlm, daemontools, etc.
