Hi guys,

Just my 2 cents on this... I've had some problems like this a while back and
the only thing I could relate it to was time to open a connection was fast
but it took forever to start "talking", so I troubleshoot one by one and got
to rbls timwout issues...

Try to setup clients on submission and check if problem persists.
