Actually, SaneSecurity was DOS attacked a few months back and have since stopped distributing the extra rules the way they used to. They have a new method of distributing them now and the old script does not work. I just haven't gotten around to fixing the QTP script and updating it yet. You can safely ignore these messages. If the rule fails for some reason (as it obviously is), it uses the last successfully downloaded version it has.
