Hello list I have this error and I don't know what to do to resolve

<smtp32.prod.mesa1.secureserver.net:unknown:64.202.189.176> rcpt <> :
invalid sender address format
I have spamdyke and the domain @faxthuemail.com is in my whitelist_senders
and whitelist_receipt lists.
How can I resolve this problem, thanks for the help.
