All other packages appeared to build without any problems. This system
has had all of it's yum updates and has been rebooted.
Ideas, please?

You know? Not that I look a bit closer, this error is from a no-brainer
sort of command (chown). I wonder if fuse-unionfs isn't having a problem
with COS5.5.
