Have you moved the qmail control files and such? (/var/qmail/control) If I remember correctly, the db is not the only place qmailadmin or qcontrol gets the account data (it's the main data, but not the only data).
Install Webmin for an easy view of your mysql db's (or PHPmyAdmin). That way you can see if the data is actually exists and if it is readily changing due to replication. Patrick M. Ring P.
