If your desktop client is taliking directly with the SMTP server with
chkuser enabled, is it high probable the problem is in the desktop client.
SMTP server with chkuser enabled should only taks with servers, because
servers handle negative answer on one recipient, while desktop clients
do not and stop on first negative answer.
