Unfortunately, I'm not in a great position to be able to work on it at the
moment. Do you think you could come up with a small test program that can
exercise the issue, maybe even tracking when the remote requests are sent
and received in relationship to appearance, and need for refreshes, etc.?
Sorry. I wish I had the time to gain a thorough understanding of the
required changes, but that's not in the cards at the moment.
