I think we should separate the 0-8 and 0-10 cleanly (i.e. neither one
should be in a subdirectory of the other...) So if you mean that both
0-8 and 0-10 are in subdirs, then yes - I agree

So it would be a very low / no risk change as what is in dotnet dir
would just be moved to client080 dir
