Tony,

When I asked about this over a month ago and you told me it was in development
and not in any public release. When you released 4.0.5 I read through the
documentation and to my delight on page 14 and 33 it describes this compile
time and runtime option. If it wasn't in the documentation I would not have
asked why it wasn't working. So once again I ask why is this "documented"
option not working? When can I expect it to be released?
