I have been running it for a while however I don't have good news. I lose mail. I have no idea why yet and I haven't had chance to debug it. I'm pretty frustrated by this issue. It seems to work fine for a while and eventually start failing in very very weird ways (mostly to do with return codes/strings being truncated or having CRs added to them).
I keep hoping to find some time to debug this, but I haven't had chance yet - as you can probably understand this is going to be one hell of a tough problem to debug (requiring 24 hour cycle times to see if I have fixed it).
Regarding gotchas - not really many. Don't block if you can avoid it, but it won't break anything if you do. There are ways to handle the blocking but they get a bit complex so I'll try and write something more detailed (on the wiki maybe) about it.
