Hi Katrina, I would have examples of good student work there on display - I have seen some great websites and flash animation done by senior students and if you have that on a screen of some description (or on a DVD to take home and look at?) for them to play with and tell them they will learn how to make that, it gives them something more concrete and interesting to focus on.
