You STILL don't get it. There are periods of up to 4 hrs when an area may be blacked out due to no birds in the right spot. It doesn't matter if you don't believe it to be so. Who are these people who "suddenly" spring forth with a story a year and a half old? What are their motives? THINK! They want komrade kerry to win. That IS the only reason! There is so much news shooting this bit of trivia to shreds that I can't believe people are falling for it. The VERY FIRST unit KNEW about the tags which were suppose to be there. They weren't there.
