LOL ... I went back and read my post the following day and noticed that I spoke about my peer counselor as though he does not exist anymore. So I figured somebody might ask the question you just did!
Yes, he is still around and still resides near Albany, New York. We do not keep in touch as often as we did just because time seems to do that. But he always sends a Christmas card to my family.
He is funny ... over all of the years we have known him he will say that he will be coming to visit us "soon." Sometimes that "soon" does not happen for 3 or 4 or 5 or more years but he eventually comes around.
I kept pestering him to get on this list about two years ago. He finally did but, unfortunately, it was a time when the list was overrun with dozens of opinions on politics or religion. And he decided that was not for him. I can't blame him because everyone was arguing about who was right and everything was talked about except for QUAD INFO!
Maybe this is a time when I should give him a phone call and rattle him a little bit. He has not e-mailed me or my family in quite a while but, like I said, he has these periods of coming and going or teasing us at the very least!
BTW, his name is MICHAEL GALVIN in case anyone on this list lives in the Albany or Schenectady area of New York state. He celebrated his 50th birthday a couple of years ago so he must be 52 or 53 by now.
