Ok, Wheelchair. Why aren't y'all making eyes at that 5 cyl dodge sprinter? It
looks almost wheelchair ready! Even if it isn't real pretty, you are
considering a big clumbsey ford. Looks can't be a factor. It isn't a minivan by
crysler, its a minivan by Mercedes! Front wheel drive. Already got headroom.
I'm surprized no one has mentioned them when looking for a personal vehicle.

Best wishes,
john
P.S. Hope you get something thats cool and you really enjoy!

Hi Paul,

It is always reassuring to know the weight of the vehicle before conversion and
after conversion to determine the actual weight differences.

John, the Dodge Sprinter has the 6 cylinder, turbo charged, diesel engine.

Best Wishes

Hi......I have a FORD 2006 E350.....I would say it is very important to get
THE BIGGEST engine possible. The added equipment with the lift is
incredibly heavy and taxing on the van. A small engine would not give you
the power needed to offset the increased weight particularly over the long haul.

God luck,
