This looks like the one I have used for ten years for $115.00. The one is further down the link you gave named something like The 800. I had been on it for two weeks without turning. Works by alternating pressure areas. I no longer have a need for it except in the hospital. I could never turn. Lucky to never break down except on the gurney.
