Alam, It is always a pleasure to hear from you regarding your experiences.... and successes. I wish you more. I also understand your need for speed, but caution, to everything there are natural limits and un natural conditions to those natural limits. It would sadden us to read that you injuried yourself, racing at faster speeds. Keep in touch and please continue to post as there are so many new people who might be inspired by your progress. Hi Linda, Hi other friends, Thanks for remembering me. I remember many of you who had been writing in this list. You all are always in my prayers as we are on the same boat. Cordially I want to rectify you. There had been no life taking earth quake in the place where I live. Probably you confused me with disastrous China earth quake. But of course we had a very severe hurricane. That affected the coastal areas of this small country. I was safe. Anyway, last year was significant for me. I tried to overcome some of the quad barriers and became somewhat successful. I made various splints to feed, brush and write myself. I have even opened a bank account with my own signature and taking care of all my finance which was in others hand previously. I am using my power chair for 3 years now. Modified it to fulfill my own needs. For example, recline myself. I changed the batteries with fresh ones. Its full speed of 8km/hour seems insufficient for me now (lol).... I need more more speed. I wish some power chair guru could find me some solution. I was doing web based works. Now I have started share investment to try my luck and good passtime. Sorry for the long lecture. Thought that I should update you with my situation. Thank you very much for your patience. Love to you all. Please take care :-) Alam On 6/15/08, Ms Linda Ferrell <[EMAIL PROTECTED] (mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]) > wrote: Shahidul, Happy to hear from you.
