[QUAD-L] question

Hi guys, how are you doing my question to you is I have a friend.  That is a
quadriplegic, and also legally blind he asked me a question.  If there were
a website where he could chat with other people.  He did try to use Skype,
but it was very typical for him I was wondering if you guys don't have any
ideas let me know please.  And God bless you
