We had some extremely stressing problems the end of last summer and I for the first time had some anxiety attacks, but did not realize what they were. Talk to my Dr. Who also gave me Xanax and it got me over the hump and able to deal better with the situation. I took them for about six weeks, and haven’t needed them since. Sometimes we all need a little help. Joan

I wonder how many of us on here suffer from anxiety. I had a terrible problem with it a few years ago. Xanax helped a lot. Reply-To: Danny Hearn <ddh...@sbcglobal.net> Yep..I think you'll come through it Quadius, I used to have anxiety attacks years ago....never have them anymore, thank God. And yes don't read much of those dark novels....there are so many that are inspirational and lift ones spirit and helps bring out positive thoughts ! I myself am about three months away from 20 years and while the last year has been kind of a bummer and I have been battling a bad shoulder/neck injury over the last four weeks, I am positive I will overcome this and get back to my old self. I know, sometimes I have never ending sentences. I guess that's just what stream of thought does. Been dealing with some anxiety problems, which I haven't had in more than 19 years. Had to modify some of my television/movie viewing and the books I'm reading. It wasn't until I started having difficulty with anxiety/depression over the last couple of weeks that I realized how many really dark novels and books I read. Yikes! Getting ready to switch to something with a little more levity. Take care and great to hear about 40 years.
