I am going to make urology appt but I the meantime I'm going to up irrigation to twice a day instead of just nights.
Do you happen to know ratio of vinegar to sterile water? I can google it too. Sterile Conditions, sterile water, a teaspoon of white vinegar. Deep Breaths help relax the control muscle and 2% zilocaine is recommended when pain is involved.
