I have had three colonoscopies I cut back on bulky foods seven days before, go to liquid soups etc four days before and two days before just clear liquids. Cleaning out went quite easily, luckily I have an overhead lift, and I just got comfortable on the commode chair with the lift holding me in place for about 90 minutes. Did dig stim in the am and had the procedure done at 11:00 AM. Did not check into the hospital until 90 minutes before the procedure. Easy peasy and no problems. Good luck. By the way, we do bowel care every day first thing in the morning.Joan

I have always done my bowel route with digital stimulation and removal. does anyone have ideas how to deal with the irritation and bleeding? <http://www.avg.com/email-signature?utm_medium=email&utm_source=link&utm_campaign=sig-email&utm_content=webmail> Virus-free. <http://www.avg.com/email-signature?utm_medium=email&utm_source=link&utm_campaign=sig-email&utm_content=webmail> www.avg.com
