Thunderbird has a great implementation of bayesean (sp?) filtering...train
it for a while with spam mails (or save a bunch and do it at once) and it
will do a pretty good job.

I use outlook at home for other reasons (and its not hard to keep secure or
from spreading a virus...people are just stupid) and I use Cloudmark's
SpamNet but I was a beta tester so I do not have to pay for the service.  It
gets a very good amount of spam, sometimes a user will flag a new newsletter
as spam, but after a few people unblock it, it will stay unblocked.
