I'd forgotten about those quirks!

I finally moved to IE when an ISP I was with, set me up with a referral page
through which to enter new customers for them.

Banners and other things wouldn't show in Netscape to the extent
that I didn't know if critical things weren't showing up either.

That was only Netscape 4.5 but the switch to IE 5 resolved everything.
