Don't forget the option of using a chargecooler instead of an intercooler.
It can make the intake piping a lot easier.

Hmmmmm. Turned out quite interesting this. From a pie in the sky,
left field, idea, I sense a plan may be forming for the winter
hibernation. The key issues remaining are space under the bonnet for
turbo/ pipework and the intercooler arrangement - and of course
money!!!!
