Thanks for the tips and ideas, I used to have a manual over ride but haven’t 
put that back on since I changed the wiring and fitted a couple of relays into 
the fan circuit after frying a couple of fan switches due to it being wired 
direct inline with the fan. Our upcoming house move is delaying all my projects 
just now but early February should see it sorted
