Also, I'm working on character set autodetect (or at least "hey, this
isn't really UTF-8" detection) since it was brought up over the summer.

I have some SGF files that don't specify the character encoding but the
player's names are in one of the Asian code pages, so not only do I have
a testbed but there's quite obviously a need for it in some files.

Does anybody mind if the default indent style becomes tabs instead of
spaces? It's killing me when I'm working in the existing code. :)
