I just saw this thread (which looks like the same problem I just
reported regarding multiple canopus advc 110s).
Am I correct in interpreting this to mean that QC2 could properly
handle multiple digitizers properly?
Is it possible to run QC2 on a 10.5 system? Or is it possible to use
the Video Input patch from QC2 within a QC3 system?
thx!

DFG1394 is an uncompressed SD video digitizing device over FW :)
The lack of options with the 'new' video input patch in QC3 is def
limiting. What is the policy on entering multiple bug reports on
this? I have mentioned this usability issue with video input patch
in a bug report, should I file one, is there already one?
How are dupes handled?

If there is a regression or a feature request with the Video Input
patch, please file it at developer.apple.com/bugreporter. I'm not
sure what a DFG1394s is, but if you think it should work with QC
I'm sure we would like to make sure it works.

Hello list,
Does anybody have any experience with using multiple DFG1394s video
input devices in Quartz Composer?
Does anybody have any experience in creating multiple video capture
inputs programatically, meaning I could write an application
wrapper
and feed in the two streams from there?
I am creating an interactive installation where I need two live
cameras. The issue is that while I can combine two composite/s-
video
feeds using the DFGs in software such as Vidvox's VDMX, in QC or
QuickTime I only the inputs for one DFG listed. I also don't see
any
way of adjusting the capture settings in QC.
