Slightly off-topic -- anyone have experience getting 2 or more DV sources over firewire at the same time (e.g. a canopus advc 110 and 55 at the same time?) DV requires roughly 25mbps bandwidth per stream, so in theory FW at 400mbps should be able to handle multiple streams, but who knows? Assuming one could work around the DV driver issue, what's a realistic # of DV streams on a typical mac on FW400? thx!
This is apparently a bug in QC -- multiple video inputs don't work as expected. I'm working with someone else who's fighting with this issue, so I'll be starting some research on it sometime this week. if you'd like, I'll keep you posted.
